The hotel is located in a nondescript building and lacks curb appeal although the actual hotel is very nice once inside. Also, you have to climb a couple of flights of stairs to get to the hotel which wasn't a problem for us, but it is something to know.
The room was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located near the city park which is a nice place to stroll in the evening and the Chalet Restaurant served a good dinner. We were in Klin to visit the Tchaikovsky Museum and it was nice to have a comfortable and quiet place to rest after a long day of travel and touring.
